Last updated: December 7, 2025

IMPORTANT NOTICE: NO LEGAL ADVICE

Case Predictor and AM Visas do not provide legal advice, do not practice law, and do not represent clients before USCIS or any court. All services are limited to administrative and strategic support.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Case Predictor platform and services provided by AM Visas, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all users, including individual applicants and partner firms.

2. Service Description

Case Predictor is a platform designed to provide strategic analysis of immigration cases based on data and documents provided by the user. The platform generates scores, gap analyses, and recommendations for products and services to strengthen a case profile.

Case Predictor does not provide legal advice and is not a law firm. All assessments and reports are administrative and strategic in nature and are not legal opinions. Any petitions filed with USCIS remain administrative proceedings handled by the user and/or their chosen legal representative.

3. No Legal Advice / No Attorney-Client Relationship

No attorney-client relationship is created between you and AM Visas or Case Predictor through your use of the platform. You should consult with a licensed attorney for specific legal advice regarding your immigration matter. Our reports are strategic tools based on your inputs and are not a substitute for professional legal counsel.

4. User Responsibilities

  • You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information.
  • You will not use the platform for fraudulent purposes or submit falsified documents.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

5. Use of Reports and Recommendations

The scores, projections, and recommendations provided by Case Predictor are estimates based on historical data and strategic criteria. They are not guarantees of approval. The final decision on any immigration petition rests solely with USCIS or the relevant government authority. You are responsible for deciding how to utilize the information provided.

6. Payments and Refunds

Certain services, including detailed reports, strategic bundles, and document drafting, are paid services.

Refund Policy: Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Generally, once a service has been delivered or substantial work has commenced (e.g., a report has been generated), refunds may not be available. Please contact support if you believe a charge was made in error.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, code, interfaces, and the Case Predictor brand are the property of AM Visas. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for your personal or professional use in accordance with these terms.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

  • Access the system via unauthorized automated means (bots, scrapers).
  • Attempt to reverse engineer the platform or its scoring algorithms.
  • Use the results or reports for any illegal purpose.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE VISA APPROVALS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AM VISAS' LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Florida.
